Real estate syndication. I am writing this description in the year 2023. I don’t quite remember what is in this episode to be honest as it was recorded in 2019. I can tell you, that around that time I got involved with a real estate syndication, and it was a fabulous experience. In retrospect, I am very very happy that I did it. It was a bit of a stretch for me at the time, so I reached out to some coworkers to work together to get into this opportunity. I would absolutely do it again. Now I am older and wiser, and I have more people who do syndication so I have more opportunities in that respect. Part of my bigger picture vision was to be able to have pieces of multiple syndications going at the same time. I am currently not invested in any syndications, but do you have ownership of some fabulous investment properties, and other things in the works that I will discuss at a later time. I was able to successfully exit a syndication a year or two ago, probably the one I recorded this episode about. It was very successful and profitable for me and my partners. It is always fun and exciting to see the way that the universe presents opportunities, and to build my confidence in myself, and my ability to recognize profitable and successful opportunities, and to synthesize them for people who I love, and care about.—Winston

Keep on rocking in the free world! So ironic these days lol. I recorded this episode back in 2018. Now I am publishing it in March 20 22. There was a situation with Neil Young, the artist who wrote this song. It was ironic because if you know anything about the censorship happening this day and age and his part and talking about rocking in the free world are also trying to censor people, it’s actually quite insane. But let’s not get political. But let’s also not give up our right to freedom of speech. I could probably do a whole episode about me having done an episode on this topic a few short years ago and how much things have changed in just a short few years. Actually, it’s about four years which is insane that time has flown that much. It’s almost like the last two years have been a deep sleep hypnosis that we’ve been put under and some people still haven’t woken up yet. Hopefully we can wake up soon before it’s too late.

Pizza party!! I love pizza! I have cut back due to cutting back on cheese in general and our older son actually does not like pizza. Weird kid I know lol. Also, turns out I have high cholesterol 😢 so I have to be careful. But who doesn’t love a pizza party?! UPDATE: OK, I didn’t know if I should go into this in this summary but I feel like it is important. Unfortunately, the term pizza, and certain ingredients have been abused by a certain segment of people. To be perfectly clear, I am totally against that. It is disgusting. This was recorded before I knew anything about that. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, maybe that’s a good thing. But on the other hand, it is something to be aware of, especially since I just saw a news clip about how they are using this terminology at a school. So again, I am a fan of the American past time of having a pizza party. I am not for the sickos and/or p3do BS. Sucks I even have to make this disclaimer, but unfortunately it is a real thing and it is coming more and more to the light. Just want to be clear about which side I am on :-) IYKYK

‘‘Tis the Season! This episode was recorded in December 2018. This podcast started December 2015 and I am publishing it February 2022. I love the winter time. Winter here in Texas is a bit more extreme than it was in Southern California. For years my family And I would go to Utah skiing or snowboarding during the winter. We had a timeshare there and I have many fond memories. I launched this podcast while in Park city Utah One year on vacation. It was something I kind of dreamed about and one night sat down and worked all through the night to figure out the technology to make it happen. I was very excited and it has been a passion ever since. The podcast has been going for over six years now and we are coming up on I don’t know how many downloads. But just since March 2021 coming up on one year from that date we are at almost 100,000 downloads! One reason I love the holidays and the winter season is that it makes me feel cozy and fortunate for the people and things I have in my life. As I sit here writing this introduction I am looking out my window and enjoying the view of a real stream in our backyard. This is a dream come true. I am taking in the view of nature and the birds that fly by and the fact that there are no leaves on any of the trees. It did snow here for a couple days and it was really special. It had rained the night before and all the trees had frozen and as the wind blew you could hear what sounded by crystal wind chimes as the trees swayed. The sun would peek through the clouds and shine through the icicle trees and make hundreds of beautiful rainbow gems. I tried to take a picture with my phone but couldn’t quite get the sparkle rainbows. I took a picture of the creek and the snow and I used it as the artwork for this episode. I hope you enjoy it.

I think its an experience that can expand one's beliefs around what is possible. Seeing the art and experiencing the music and the vibe, for me, is a testament to the human spirit. It is our species living in the moment, without the weights, the expectations, put on us by society. It is radical self-expression, and I love it. <3.
