Tom Wheelhouse is a coach, practical optimist and the founder of Mightify.

Having studied in the UK and France, Tom joined the Metropolitan Police in 2009 and worked across South London, the 2012 Olympics and the Territorial Support Group. These roles took their toll and finding support lacking, Tom made the transition to the private sector to work in business development and digital transformation. In 2015, Tom resolved to go back and improve the way people in crucial frontline services are supported and Mightify was born.

Tom's writing and ideas are featured regularly in policing journals, podcasts and panels on issues around career change, mental health, wellbeing, talent management and much more. He is proud to be a member of the National Police Suicide Prevention Group in the UK and has worked with first responders around the world. He was a finalist in ""The Pitch"" business start-up competition, where he was commended for the ""purpose-driven"" nature of Mightify.

Amanda Lewis has nearly 15 years of experience providing key strategic, research, and analytical critical information projects to executive leaders, operational planners, and tactical operators in the Navy, Coast Guard, and state and federal law enforcement. Robert Carlson has been a law enforcement firearms instructor for over 7 years and involved in Active Shooter training for 15 years.  He is currently a senior firearms instructor and the Active Shooter Program Coordinator/Lead Instructor for the Memphis Police Department in Tennessee.  Robert has spent over 24 years in the U.S. Air Force, with 12 of those as a Ground Combat Instructor, and still serves in the Mississippi Air National Guard as a Special Warfare Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC).

Robert is the President of Brave Defender Community Services, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, providing Active Shooter Research, Education, Preparation and Prevention training for organizations across the country.   He owns the partner company Brave Defender Training Group, providing firearms and tactical training for law enforcement, military and security teams.

He has worked with multiple organizations providing Active Shooter training to thousands of law enforcement officers and military members across the United States.  Robert is regarded as an expert in Reality Based Training as well as Active Threat preparation and prevention, providing training and consulting with several global organizations and has been a featured speaker at multiple international conferences.

CEO & Co-Founder of CyberCuff Greg Kaminski has both public and private digital forensics experience, he currently works in the private sector handling digital forensics for civil litigation matters. Before transitioning to the private sector Greg worked as a police officer. He has attended hundreds of hours of digital forensics training and currently holds a MCFE certification.  He obtained a B.S. in Criminal Justice and minored in International Studies and Psychology. Greg also earned a M.A in Criminal Justice from DeSales University with a concentration in Digital Forensics.

Greg’s experience in IoT devices began with his master’s thesis research which highlights the dangers that IoT devices could pose to law enforcement.  He has continued researching in the field and is currently co-authoring an article on some of his findings.

Eugene has testified in court in both US and Canada utilizing 3D technologies such as photogrammetry and laser scanning and has also provided interactive 3D crime scene reconstructions to aid the jury. Eugene has been called to aid police agencies in Canada and the US and was retained to assist the Ontario Provincial Police in the shooting at the Canadian House of Commons in 2013.

He is the Past-President of the International Association of Forensic and Security Metrology (IAFSM) and is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Toronto, where he teaches a 3D Forensic Reconstruction and Mapping course as part of the Forensic Sciences Program. Eugene is actively engaged in research and mentoring students focusing on 3D documentation and analysis techniques.

Mark Baxter is a 20-year police veteran and currently a full-time sworn detective responsible for the investigation of counterfeit documents and alcohol-related violations. He also serves as a pilot for his agency’s drone unit. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the University of Maryland and is a veteran of the United States Army.

Mark instructs police officers, police recruits, and civilians from across the country in the detection of counterfeit identity documents. He provides training for various federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies to include the United States Department of Justice, the United States Attorney’s Office, and the National Liquor Law Enforcement Association. He’s routinely utilized as a Subject Matter Expert for the prosecution of fraudulent document cases.

Mark created the “Fake ID-Real Problem” initiative to battle fake ID use and access to alcohol by minors in his jurisdiction. To date, this program has prevented more than 2100 sales to minors and has led to the seizure of thousands of counterfeit IDs. Drawing on his years of expertise, he recently established SureScan in order to attain maximum nationwide impact fighting this problem. SureScan helps guide businesses, agencies, and organizations detect counterfeit ID documents by providing proven ID authentication solutions, thereby decreasing identity fraud and reducing youth access to alcohol and tobacco products.

The DRONERESPONDERS program is led by Chief Charles Werner (ret.) who serves as the director.  Chief Werner is a 47 year public safety veteran starting his career as a volunteer in 1974. He then spent 37 years as a career firefighter with the Charlottesville Fire Department, the last ten years as fire chief. Upon retirement, Charles served as technical advisor and acting deputy state coordinator with the Virginia Department of Emergency Management.

Chief Werner has served in numerous leadership roles at the local, state, national and international levels. He presently serves as the director/founder of DRONERESPONDERS Public Safety Alliance, chair of the National Council on Public Safety UAS, member - International Public Safety Association UAS Committee, chair - Virginia Secure Commonwealth UAS Sub Panel, FAA certified Remote Pilot, Virginia Fire Chiefs Technology Advisor, and the IAFC Technology Council.

Guest Bio

"Colonel Rob Campbell began his service in the Army as an infantry officer in 1990. In a career spanning 27 years, Rob served as the Commander or CEO of an infantry brigade of nearly 5,000 men and women in the 101st Airborne Division. He is an Army Ranger, Parachutist, and combat veteran of our wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Rob is decorated with the Combat Infantryman's Badge and three Bronze Star medals. He served during recovery efforts following Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans.

Rob has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, a Master of Administration from Central Michigan University, and a Master of Strategic Studies from the United States Army War college.

Rob has written two best-selling books, one on leadership and the other on military transition. In 2017, he founded Rob Campbell Leadership, a leadership coaching, and speaking business helping organizations grow leaders and increase employee engagement. Rob is a 30-year practitioner and student of leadership. He is a John Maxwell certified executive leadership coach and speaker.

Rob also serves as the Executive Director for VETtoCEO, a veteran entrepreneurship program. In this role he made curriculum improvements, boosted social media presence, and formed strategic partnerships.

Rob enjoys motorcycling, writing and professional keynote speaking. He is a staunch veteran and military spouse advocate and mentor. He and his wife Leslie, an artist entrepreneur and military spouse reside on the North Carolina coast. They have two adult sons: Robbie and Louden."
